Dena Rogers worked directly for Dennis Horton who was recently suspended by the Florida Bar for stealing money from and abusing his elderly clients. One of Horton's and Dena's clients was my grandfather, who was being abused and financially exploited. The only professional experience Dena lists as a practicing attorney, prior to going out on her own, is with Dennis Horton. I would not recommend working with Dena.
Was not helpful are all in a probate case I would recommend finding someone that will fought for you. She have up way too easy she got her $1,000 retainer and I just lost money for nothing.
Still in the probate process. What I have experienced so far i am pleased. She is very timely in her responses and clarifies anything that I need help on. Being on the West Coast and she is on the East Coast, communication via email has been a tremendous benefit while working on my probate case. This is my first and hopefully my only probate case, I feel confident that she is handling my case accurately and fairly.
