He may easily screw up your case. Hired Jon David Rogers as my attorney was my biggest mistake ever. I hired Jon David Rogers representing me in a civil case on a flat-fee contract. In my case, (1) He lied to me that he had legal experience in handling conspiracy and defamation cases, and actually he never had;(2) He lost very important case files which resulted in my 5 year lawsuit being dismissed; (3) He lied under oath that his client had been “…pled guilty, and served on probation…”. I'm the owner of this firm and I must say that I don't know who this David Rollin is. He has never been a client of this firm. There are a few Jon/John Rogers in the Middle Tennessee area but this firm had never had him as a client.
Lousy lawyer would not recommend for anything!!!!
