I am not a lawyer, but in my opinion it is morally questionable to have a mentally handicapped person sign a Power of Attorney, and I wonder about the legality of doing so.
We are so grateful to have found Lauren to assist with my family's legal needs. Not only did she help my parents write their wills, she also helped with their healthcare proxies and their trust. In addition, she created a special needs trust for my sister with care and compassion. Lauren is the trusted advisor you want on your side to help you with those all important documents that we all tend to put off. We highly recommend working with Lauren and her team.
