April 24, 2025, Rogers electric employee, rear-ended me. Very bad thunderstorms, roads had severe ponding water. I was East bound on I30, where I20 feeds onto I30. Traffic had came to a complete stop. Their employee was not paying attention, and hit me doing at least 40 mph. I have TBI that will be at least 6 months before I'm better. My hospital bills are in excess of $50,000. Think i got an apology or phone call or anything. Their insurance company refuses to send adjuster to estimate truck damages.
