Extremely expensive, over 3 yrs jumped over $200 in fees, jumping every single year over $100 for SAME short work, nothing major, short meeting with CPA to give booklet all filled out and receipts. Will not return. Customer leaving before me was very upset as well…..this is not about hrs worked, but about if you make more money or get refund, let’s be real here. Same hrs, same work, short form, not worth near $700 fee.
They have the best knowledge which always saves me money in the present and future.
