I went to this store to upgrade my phone, add a line and upgrade my plan. There were 2 employees sitting at their laptops that couldn't be bothered with helping us.
Je suis passé ce matin pour faire un transfert de 3 lignes téléphoniques de Vidéotron à Rogers où j’ai déjà un ligne depuis plusieurs années, l’accueil froid et l’aide approximative ont refroidi mes ardeurs. Toujours la même vendeuse non concernée et non impliquée, un catastrophe qu’elle puisse représenter une telle enseigne. Résultat, un super service de Mélanie chez Bell a 50 mettres , et 3 nouvelles lignes en plus de mon forfait internet chez Bell.
