In all honesty, I would completely avoid this lawyer due to his detioriating level of service. I retained him for an important matter regarding an estate. The legal fees swelled up to a 6 figure number in a matter of weeks. He dropped the ball on several motions. He made errors which caused the court to reject the brief that was supposed to be filed electronically, which is the new way they do it. He filed a paper document that was the wrong format. mr. diamond is in his 80's and he is not computer savvy, nor is his elderly ... read more
sadly this attorney has severe cognitive decline at his advanced age. he should retire before he continues to embarrass himself. his work is very low quality full of errors and misspelled words. i hired him for a property of which I am a trustee. its a historic property and due to his poor case management and memory loss, the trust ended up losing this property. just avoid this 80 year old dinasaur and hire a younger, competent attorney instead
