I have used Mr. Hennagin for writing a land sales contract, and wills and estate issues. He has been thoughtful, careful and attended to my wishes when appropriate and his fees seem very reasonable compared to other lawyers. I would certainly use him again. I would give him 5 stars but because almost any lawyer experience is the result of something bad having happened thus "loved it" is not quite appropriate he gets 4 stars.
In reading the reviews of Roger Hennagin's performance, I'm compelled to view Mr. Jensen's comments as rubbish, the sour remarks of litigious-happy individual who, in my perception, plays the victim and bears no responsibility for his actions or lack thereof. I say this in that I have retained Roger Hennagin to represent me on four separate occasions and to successful outcomes each time I might add. I am Mr. Hennagin's legal assistant and have worked with him for 15 years. Jens Jensen dismissed his prior lawyer who was representing him on the malpractice lawsuit against Jensen's former lawyer, Leonard duBoff, because the lawyer had filed two malpractice complaints against duBoff, both of which had been dismissed by the court. My name is Jens Jensen. I have retained Mr. Hennagin for for several cases. The first suit, which was against Mr. Duboff, Mr. Hennagin immediately got dismissed with prejudice, which caused my suit to be thrown out of court. It took Mr. Hennagin almost 1 year to win the appeal.
