Great experience here
Very disappointed in Hagen. I hired them to deal with a tax issue out of state that I had been trying to handle to no avail. After my initial meeting, I uploaded all the necessary information to the website as I was told. Follow up was sporadic at best. One letter was sent on my behalf but it did not appear to address the issue at hand and as I realized deadlines were approaching, I filed the appeal my self.
