VERY disappointing! Acted like it would be easy for him to get things taken care of. Once he took my $5500 things went silent. When asked for follow up he had NO idea what happened at the DMV hearing, and “sold me down the river” at first option. Even after pushing him to defend me in court , he basically refused. He takes your money and then changes his tune. I do NOT recommend Roger Futerman. I could of gotten the conviction on my own and saved the $5500. He did nothing to defend me.
