Actually went to him to keep from going into probate. Lo and behold, when a parent passed, I ended up in probate!!! I was furious, but he offered to help me at a discount. Whatever, I did it and went through the whole process. Now I'm trying to sell my house only to find out he attached an "Order of Final Distribution" to my title. Ummm... it's FOUR YEARS later and I'm just finding out you're screwing me over again. Steer absolutely clear of him.
