My husband purchased a defective Stihl chainsaw through another dealer out of state and Mike at Roger Fowler was efficient and professional when working with Stihl and my husband to rectify the situation. He negotiated a great price with my husband on the new chainsaw he wished to purchase. They had the new chainsaw already gassed up and ready to go when my husband arrived. The staff were all friendly and welcoming to the business and went above and beyond on a late a Friday afternoon to gain customers for life.
