I was referred to Mr Cruce through my Met Life Legal plan. I called to try to set up a consult. The admin who answered the phone couldn't have been more rude, she was completely dismissive. She asked what I needed a consult for, and before I could finish my sentence she cut me off and said "let me stop you right there, Mr Cruce doesn't do that." I asked, "Do what, you haven't heard what I am looking for?" To which she replied, "Well he doesn't have time until October and you don't have time for that." - OH, I don't? Mind you... read more
Went to him with my husband to get help. It was "I know more than you" attitude and the misogynistic attitude that turned me away. He said we didn't qualify but we go to another attorney that actual did the work and numbers and showed that we DO qualify. The new attorney was so much more helpful! I didn't have to beg for a handshake or thank you from him. This attorney does not want to work.
