The owner of Nelsons Shoe Repair offers the absolute WORST Customer Service I have ever experienced in my lifetime. We returned a shoe, and he swore at us and blamed us for the shoe problem. Not only did he NOT agree to the terms when he sold us the shoe, but he also told us that he didn't need our business, and to go elsewhere. PLEASE, don't use this merchant, as you may become a target of his rage also.
