I don't know what the heck is going on with this firm in 2025. My fiance and I have had retirement accounts with them for years with no problems. This year, we decided we wanted to move a portion of our funds into another type of fund which they do not offer. When we called to request this, they gave us a lecture on how that didn't fit "with how they were managing our accounts" and said they would "liquidate ALL our accounts immediately".
