I had a terrible experience with Roehl in Gary Indiana. I entered the GYCDL program with zero knowledge on how to safely operate a tractor trailer. The driver development manager William Richardson was everything but professional and helpful. He was rude, arrogant, and had the attitude that he didn’t care if you pass or fail, but made sure to remind us of our $7,000 Bill that will be waiting for us and the end of the program. Roehl Transport Inc. has been phenomenal thus far. They are training and equipping me to be a safe, efficient driver. Enough good things can't be said about them! Great job hands down for the ones GYCDL. "GET YOUR CDL"

This is related to your safety department. Please make sure your drivers are using a designated truck route when leaving your terminal in Gary Indiana. I constantly see your trucks on 15th Ave going east after Clark road all the way to Chase Street. That's a residential area actually from Colfax going east to Chase is all residential. I see Roehl flatbeds all the time on 15th west of Colfax and I know your drivers aren't making a delivery anywhere in the area. I stay on 15th Ave between Whitcomb and Bigger Street.
