When you move on to better paying companies, Roehl insists that you return the truck to their terminal in good condition. (Which is fair). They want you to run multiple loads for them to get the truck to the terminal instead of just going to drop it off. And once youve done all those things for them, they send you outside of the terminal and tell you that your on your own 3 days before payday. If you're looking to gain experience, be careful. There are better companies out there that won’t trap you in a long contract while paying you peanuts. I regret signing with Roehl, and I hope this helps someone else avoid the same mistake.
