I received a very poor quality shipment of Federal Duck Stamps which I immediately returned to Roecy. I called before shipping the items back and Cyril Javurek (Roecy) promised me that the day they receive the stamps back is the day they will send the refund. They signed a receipt for receiving the stamps at 3:31 PM 23 May 2014.
