Called and made an appointment for a consultation. Had an emergency did the right thing and canceled. A family member offered to cover the emergency so I rescheduled. Got to the appointment and the front receptionist to the right got my info then gave me direction. She was quite polite. The receptionist informed Cindy I was present.
