Rod is the best mechanic I've ever had. He's honest and his prices are fair. Would highly recommend to anybody!
Do not do business here. I was told on the phone to bring my vehicle by at 10:30 today and so I did I was told by the owner that I’d have to drop off my vehicle which I told him I told the lady that answers the phone that I can’t because it’s my only vehicle and had no one to pick me up. He then got rude with me and told me let me tell you something so I walked out the door and left. At least tell your employees or whoever answers the phone the correct information before sending someone there!!
I have used Rods for yrs. Service is great. Usually they have my car fixed the same day. They take good care of me. Everyone is very freindly.
My check engine light came on and car started acting really weird while on the way to Chicago, jumped off on the next exit. Looked up nearest auto shops and Rods shop showed up! Immediately drove down here in tears all shaken up and asked if they could take a look. They diagnosed what was the issue, told me the price upfront before any work was done and immediately got to work. I first came to Rod’s 8 years ago and have used him for all my auto repairs since. I have never been talked to like I don’t know anything. Rod has always been professional and courteous. Anyone looking for quality repairs and staff should come here. I refer anyone who asks!
