Very patient. Takes the time to explain exactly what's wrong with your vehicle, what it will cost, and why and never makes you feel stupid. Rare quality in a mechanic!
The people that work here were great and very friendly. Brought my car in for exhaust work and they did an amazing job, and even filled my wiper fluid for free lol 10/10 would go back
Very reasonable costs for a muffler repair. And Kayla and Rod went the extra mile, inflating the car tires and taking care of the vehicle! Had a great experience!
I had a 4 hour drive on Black Friday and a little over halfway, my car decided to leak all of its coolant! I stopped at the nearest gas station and had my hood propped open in the parking lot when the woman who works at Rod’s Mufflers walked past and asked if I was having issues. I explained what had happened and she said she worked at a place just down the street and told me where it was and I said, “I will be right there!” I went there and they got my car in right away and started working on it.
