Despite my persistent calls and emails, I hardly ever received a response from my lawyer. I would feel totally in the dark about my own case as weeks passed with no information. When I did receive an answer, it was evasive and contemptuous. The lack of contact is inappropriate for a firm that handles delicate legal situations. Since they don't accurately represent my experience, I honestly don't trust any of these five-star reviews. The majority appear to be paid or phony. Never believe the hype.

I expected professional legal advice when I engaged them, but I received amateurish work instead. From the start, my case was handled poorly—inaccurate documentation, missing deadlines, and no plan. All the time, I was in the dark. For simple case updates, I had to follow up with them when calls went unanswered. It seemed as though I was merely another file on a shelf. My reality is not reflected in the glowing internet evaluations; it appears that the majority are either phony or compensated.
