Wrongly claimed my husband as an independent on my father-in-law’s tax return, which in turns affects my husband and I’s tax returns as well. We were not able to file online due to this mistake and had to deal with mailing the returns, which was costly and would takes months to process. Not recommend.

My parents have been doing their taxes for years here. This was my first year coming after a year of many financial changes and I wanted a professional with experience to guide me through. Hector is great! Very knowledgeable and helps you understand every step and makes great suggestions on how to do this the best and most accurate way possible. Couldn’t not recommend his services more!
I called on a Fri. to make an appt., and was told an appt was not needed and to just walk in on Sat., that it would be no problem. I let them know if come around 10am, they said no problem. When I arrived, he said I needed to come back in an hour bc he had clients - although it didn’t appear anyone was in the office at that time. It was frustrating bc I had to coordinate to bring two witnesses for the item I needed notarized, so it was very inconvenient to have to wait and hour to come back - especially bc I called ahead to ... read more
