They didn’t immediately file our taxes. They were done on March 17th and didn’t get filed until April 14th and they got my husbands routing number wrong on his tax forms so now he has to deal with trying to contact the IRS to get it straightened out. Will not be coming here again
They have been doing our taxes for years. No longer do they return phone calls to set up appointments. On their message says they will return your call but they don't. They now never answer their phones and they leave their message box full where you can't leave a nessage. Truly disappointing.
En años anteriores había recibido un buen trato, por parte de la persona que hace los taxs, este último año la verdad no me sentí bienvenida, mala actitud que a mi y a mi esposo nos hizo sentir incómodos, entiendo que todos tenemos malos días pero cuando es servicio al cliente la verdad esperaba más. Espero mejoren respecto a eso.
