I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 AM, and the day before, I received a call asking to reschedule it for 10:30 AM. I agreed without any issue. However, when 10:30 AM arrived, the attorney was on another call, and her assistant told me she would call me back once available. This wasn’t the first time the scheduling was mishandled, and it showed a pattern of not being on time for appointments.
