Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this OBGYN pressure you to use certain birth controls or medications? No, not at all Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research.

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was this provider friendly? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, but it didn't bother me much
