I love the fact they have DULCE MORCILLAS no other place I have been to in Sydney or greater Sydney has them. They also have cuts of beef that are SOUTH AMERICAN cuts. This means you get parts of the beef not available in other butchers. This is legit. Ask your butcher for a flap steak, go ahead I'll wait.... At Rodriguez they call this VACIO.
