While I have received excellent services before, I inquired in April last year to have my taxes done by Alex. I sent my payment to his wife and have yet to receive my refund or a copy of my forms. I have tried several times to get in touch with Alex, but have been given the run-around or no response at all. I am hoping this will get someone's attention and I can finally get a response along with my refund.
