I brought in a coming unstitched rv awning that was huge. He was able restitch it back to brand new. I was at his mercy yet they were very reasonably priced. One day turn around. This is a family run business w a bakery attached. Awesome people.
Roger's a good guy. He's always taking care of me right away so I knew him from somebody else that I hate now. But I like Roger. He's always been good to me
I was almost deterred from coming to Roger for the headliner in my car because of one of the reviews. MAN WAS I SO GLAD I TRIED HIM! Roger went above and beyond! He was fast, courteous, and professional. I will be going to him and his team for any upholstery needs from now on.
Ripoff. Thief. Roger said my chair would be completed in 2 weeks. I paid a $416.00 deposit. One week later I was charged another $416.00 and had to go to the bank to reverse it. I waited 2 months and called and complained. He said come and get the chair. It was in pieces. And he had not installed a single piece of new vinyl. He gave me the chair and new vinyl, but would not refund anything. I would go to court, but I know I still wouldnt get anything back.
Rodger was very honest about my repair and that kind of transparency is nice and rare these days!
