I met Mr. Vigil several years ago and he was the loveliest, well-humored man. Sadly, his staff are a different matter. As a paralegal in ABQ who regularly has to speak with the staff via phone, they are incredibly rude, snippy, and short with you. Rarely are your questions answered in a pleasant demeanor, instead you are regularly rebuffed with an impatient and dismissive attitude.
