BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Scheduled 2 appointments and the first one went great! I came in for my second appointment and the front desk informed me they didn’t have me on the schedule. I was shocked! I informed the front desk, that I confirmed the appointment and he wasn’t helpful at all. Explained the effort it took to get childcare and he didn’t care. Dr Rode is the best PT I’ve ever seen, she doesn’t believe painful treatments are healing like so many other PT. Highly recommend. And bonus points: her clinic feels like a spa.
Brenda is truly a remarkable healer. I am a disabled cancer survivor that suffers from chronic pain. I've met and worked with many physical therapists and she is world class.
I am currently undergoing PT with Brenda and as a retired PT myself, I can say that she is one of the most astute, dedicated and caring PTs in the profession. I've got a complex situation with my back, having had a spinal fusion, a previous discectomy and arthritis in other parts of my spine, and she can discern what needs to be treated first and I'm getting great results. My pain is decreased with only two sessions. I highly recommend Brenda Rode, PT and her company!
