They went out of business and didn't tell anyone
The best customer service I have ever had. Have been wearing glasses for over 40 years, and I have been everywhere. From ok service to really bad service. NOT HERE. I got just what I wanted. Personal attention, not just a "number" like other places. I will never go anywhere else.
