My grandmother passed away in April 2023, and it's now 2025 and her probate is still not finalised. My father has to call every month or so to find out whats happening, no one calls him with any updates. Josh has been constantly promising it will be done this couple of weeks over and over again, and then not delivering. Have been waiting 5 weeks for a reply on an inquiry regarding a privacy breach made by thier own staff. After paying for the service of witnessing a document. $1500. I was then forced to pay for an extra service, that was invented by this employee and no legal work has been done. Extra $4000 was made to be paid with a $800 owing. This company has been ignoring and ghosting me. Professionals protecting the criminals.
