DON"T TRUST ROCKY TOP FURNITURE. same thing. I paid in full back in May and they were supposed to deliver in 4 to 6 weeks. Never delivered the furniture, had the fire, I requested to be reimbursed, now they don't even answer the phone. You have been warned.
They took our money and never delivered the product. Never mentioned that there was any problem going on and even up until a couple of weeks ago acted like they were going to come and deliver the beds we ordered, only to find out a few days later that the store had closed and now no one will answer the phone at either of their locations.
Do NOT buy from Rocky Top. They are in the process of filing for chapter 11 bankruptcy. They WILL take your money and leave you with no products. They had a warehouse fire in July (which seems sketchy), and then new owners in August, now filing bankruptcy. We found out they were filing when we emailed to get an order update for our order that was supposed to ship second week in October. They didn't even have the decency to give us a heads up, and we spent almost 12k in furniture for our cabin. The employees are all disgrun... read more
