Mark Harkins doesn't even deserve one star! He didn't do a thing he talked about including lawyers fees and other fees he told me I was rightfully owed. He continued to bill after his services were over. Then hired a lawyer to try and collect those fees. His lawyer failed twice in mediation to produce what these fees even were. I think his billing system is on Auto and he fills in the blanks as he goes. Even after I signed papers to get off his billing list, he still sent another bill.
