Very disappointing service Pre booked 10 e-bikes for an event to show up and be told by a neighbour he was closed for the season. Despite reaching out on multiple platforms, we have not been contacted back. Would not recommended this business
We spent more than 30 minutes trying to find this shop but unfortunately never managed to locate it. This was very frustrating because it cost us half an hour of our vacation time. While bikes can be booked online, if you cannot find the actual shop, the money is gone. Very disappointing experience – clearer directions and visibility are urgently needed.
the bike rental experience in canmore was absolutely fantastic. the owner was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. on top of that the prices were unbeatable, much cheaper than other places we looked at. overall excellent service great value and a wonderful way to explore canmore. highly recommend!
I had an absolutely incredible experience renting bikes in Canmore at Dead man’s bike company. The owner was amazing, so helpful and accommodating, going way above and beyond by extending our rental time without hesitation. Despite all the extras, their prices were still cheaper than anywhere else in town. When one of our bikes started acting up, they didn’t just fix it, they gave us a brand new bike free of cost which saved us a huge hassle. Truly outstanding service from start to finish.
