DO NOT BOOK HERE!! SCAM!! I am not someone who ever leaves a bad review but I booked these bikes for my sister my mom and myself April 13th,24, arrived 4 hours from Edmonton, to a business that no longer exists!!!!! I was told by a local business near by that the owner is still collecting bookings and money. Saving the next person the hassle

Dishonest. Promised refund for a non functional bike. Returned bike, still no refund. I'm told that his account will refund the money on Saturday morning of a national holiday. Still waiting. Review will be removed when promised refund is achieved.

Where to start on this AMAZING experience… I’m a bit late to the review as my partner and I came in June, but we will be coming back 100% so better late than never! First off customer service 101%! The owner and the worker we met were amazing, patient and overall a vibe. We came to the shop around 6pm, they closed at 9 and we wanted a 4 hour ride which the owner was willing to stay until our time was up!
