I brought in two children’s bikes for a tube replacement and seat adjustment. When I dropped them off, I told the owner not to do any work if the cost would exceed $20 without contacting me first. The bikes were kept for four weeks, and I was never called with an estimate or asked to approve additional repairs. When I picked them up, I was charged $178. I was also told that one wheel was damaged and might not last long anyway. I was disappointed by the lack of communication and the unexpected bill.

Have been there two different times to get bikes fixed over the last 4 years. Both times it took 2/3 months. Both repairs were very basic I just didn’t have the right tool to do it myself. Would rather go to an actual busy bike shop and have it done in a week in red deer. That being said the repair they did do was good, it just took forever.

This is by far one of Rocky’s most hidden gems. Loyal has been great to my family as well as myself. We couldn’t be more pleased with all purchases. Loyal’s expertise is second to none! My kids love this place and the owner.
