I called their office number and they said they were not sufficiently staffed to stay open until 6 so they closed early. I had to find a way across town to test at an office not affiliated with RMOMS. Upon arriving I was informed that not only do they charge $15 instead of $9 they only accept cash and do not give change so I had to leave and find a place to get exact change before I could do my test.
