I was unable to use the stairs normally for months, and now I'm back to taking them two at a time. They were good at keeping my exercise plans up to date with my abilities as they progressed in the early phases.
Alison is incredible. She’s extremely knowledgeable, does amazing body work, and has helped my neck, knee, and back so much. She also dry needles which has been so helpful. Everyone in this PT office is great and friendly but I’ve worked with Alison the most and cannot recommend her highly enough.
Alison was great! She is very knowledgeable and a good listener. She definitely helped with my neck issues and came up with different exercises and therapies, to improve my situation. I would highly recommend her.
I had an amazing experience at RMSS. The staff showed incredible hospitality, making me feel welcome and cared for. They took their time to thoroughly assess my injury and created a personalized treatment plan that helped. Next injury I know where I’m going. Thank you!
The physical therapy here is really great. I improved while attending here and I also got exercises I can take with me after.
