Katie is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle and professional. She completely took away my back pain by the fifth session. I kept messaging her saying that I couldn't believe that I still didn't have any pain! I loved every session with her and always walked away feeling a thousand times better. Would highly recommend Katie and all the rolfing sessions.

I’ve been seeing Katie for three years for my back and breathing issues. She is tremendously amazing at what she does. I did the initial 10 series and now go as needed. I recently tweaked my back again. Katie got me on her schedule immediately, did laser therapy and very gentle work to get my hips realigned. I went from crying on the couch to back to work in two days. Whether you are dealing serious pain or just want to take care of yourself, go to Katie!

I’ve had some work done by Katie over the years and she’s the real deal. Rolfing is an absolute must to keep your body in tip top shape. I feel more mobile and smooth throughout my body after getting work done. She’s a pro and takes pride in her craft. I had a shoulder problem recently and I couldn’t sleep because of a throbbing pain. Katie has done wonders for my body. She is easily one of the most intuitive body workers I have ever worked with. She has relieved so much pain in my body (both shoulder and hip). I highly recommend her.
