OK, it's time for me to follow up on Rocky Mountain Recumbents and straighten out my previous reviews. After trying every avenue open to us to get in contact with them, we finally found a way to get to them. I won't get into the weeds about that here, but suffice it to say, they finally got back to us and after some back & forth, we met up and got our bikes back from them. We also are having problems with Rocky Mountain Recumbent. We met Steve at the local Ft Collins Spring Canyon Park and he took both of our older model BikeE RX recumbents for repair back in Feb 2024. Have been in contact via text with Steve a few times over the months since until in October he stopped responding altogether. :( We have placed at least 3 messages on their website and about 5 text messages to their 970-221-4838 number with no responses yet over the past week (March 1, 2025). God, I hope they're not out of busi... read more
