Presented an idea. Took money. Got provisional patent. Merger took place. Informed by new personnel that idea already exists. Non-provisional patent will never happen. Also, communication is terrible. Emails typically get responded to weeks later. Maybe they'll turn it around with this merger. However, communication was pretty quick after this review, but still no apology or offer of a refund.
Jeff has walked me through this process and truly listened to what I want to accomplish with my vision. This business is an art, and Jeff has mastered it. With his tremendous knowledge he has developed unique strategies to protect my intellectual property. I am grateful to be working with Jeff and his team!
