This was my first time using Rocky Mountain Leather, it took approximately 10 days to receive my order or $300.00. When if showed up the box was beat to heck due to a lack of internal packing. Pieces were clanking around inside the box, really poor packing for a shipment of steel parts. One of the parts was a Multi snap setting based. It was extremely thick supposedly made of Stainless Steel but packaged terribly. It looked as though the piece was dropped before shipping on the end with the large snap guide.
