Great job and on time!
Very disappointed with this company. I Got an estimate done from this company. The guy didn't have any equipment he needed. He showed up just poked his head in my attic didn't look thoroughly like I asked, best part is I NEVER got my estimate emailed to me, so I reached out to see if I can get it and never did. Very disappointed. I called the office a second time to see if I can have it emailed and the lady was super rude and did nothing to help me figure out what happened to why I never received it.
They were hired to take out old insulation and replace it with new, deeper insulation. They didn't tell us until the day before that they were coming and were significantly late showing up to take it out, then left us for 4 weeks with NO insulation in the middle of a cold winter. They were significantly late again when they put the new insulation in. Their work did not pass inspection with the city since they did not leave a certificate of insulation with information and did not provide a dam to keep the deeper insulation fr... read more
