Heather was timely, professional, very knowledgeable, efficient and made me feel comfortable. It’s only my first day with the hearing aids, so I’ll refrain from comment, other than, so far, so good.
Excellent knowledge, skills, diagnosis, service, and scheduling. As someone new to the hearing aid world it has been a pleasure being served by these folks at their more remote Hamilton office.
Heather and the visiting doctor, Jane, were very nice and explained every step of the testing process.
