Was really pleased with associate Heather It’s just sad that it’s so expensive even with insurance. Haven’t received them yet praying these work a lot better than the hassle I’ve been dealing with from another place. Excited to see how they perform
Great help with lots of patience! My rep, Heather, has been a pleasure to work with. However, when I finally buckled and decided to link my phone to my hearing aids - to make it easier to make my own adjustments - I was more than disappointed to find out I could not link to a Motorola phone! What? Firstly, would have been nice to know that upfront and before my trial period was over. Secondly - how can a major company like Audibel NOT be able to sync with a major phone manufacturer like Motorola?
Heather was timely, professional, very knowledgeable, efficient and made me feel comfortable. It’s only my first day with the hearing aids, so I’ll refrain from comment, other than, so far, so good.
