We bought the same color and finish on some door hardware. But we ordered them several weeks apart from each other. …so the living beautiful finishes didn’t match it was just a wee bit off because they were different batches and one set was several weeks older. So we brought it up directly with RMH. And you know what they said…”send them back, we’ll fix it” RMH is great!! High end products and superior customer support.
Hinges don’t match door knobs. Do NOT buy RMH if you expect hinges and door knobs to match. Recently we spent thousands of dollars on RMH. For this high end top dollar brand wouldn’t you expect handles and hinges to match. We did! But then they didn’t. So we complained to RMH and they told us “send them back, we’ll fix it” RMH is great!! High end products and superior customer support. Below are the before fix photos…will add after fix photos soon.

So we complained to RMH and they told us “ As the hardware ages this will become less pronounced as it will darken and dull over time.” in other words, too bad for you customer. No refunds, no price adjustments, nothing. Thousands of dollars for headache.
