The sales lady told us to call her to call her the day we plan to pick up our mattress so it would be ready. We called that morning and she said it was indeed ready to go. When we arrived they brought it out UNWRAPPED and dragged it across the loading dock floor and threw it on our truck and walked off. The whole underside of the mattress was covered in filth.
