I had an excellent experience with Kate and her staff. Having been raised by an attorney, I understand the difference between competent legal representation and inferior attorney representation. Kate and her staff are both highly competent and genuinely personel. I strongly endorse Kate as an attorney.
Very unfortunate experience and poor communication. They charged me over $700 to write a memo, then another couple hundred dollars to proof-read that memo, without ever communicating to me what they were doing or why. I called simply to make an appointment with Kate to discuss my concerns, and was billed for the call to make an appointment because a paralegal answered the phone! They did refund my unused retainer when I severed the working relationship, but refused to send me a copy of this mysterious memo I paid almost $100... read more
We had a convoluted, outdated trust, and Kate helped us untangle it after careful conversations. We now have an Estate Plan that is comprehensive and reflects our wishes. We both appreciated her help with this!

Was recommended to them but save your money. They took my retainer knowing full well I needed help with probate around my late husband's business. I told them I Did Not need help with our personal accounts/assets because they were in both our names or mine alone. They helped with personal representative paperwork but by that point my husband's employee forced me out and took over the business forcing me to dissolve leaving me with nothing but bills.
