Sydney Lee, the cashier, who checked us out was super rude. She looked miserable, and annoyed to have to help us. The desserts were ok. But the service was awful and we won’t be back. Next time we’ll go somewhere where they appreciate our business.
Absolutely amazing service, the workers where so friendly and amazing and they have and amazing variety of flavors and ice cream and chocolate. Everything tastes amazing and everyone is so nice. Thank you to Millie and Carly you guys were so amazing especially when me and my friends wanted a sweet treat.
Overall, not very good. Especially the Chocolate Bar. I highly recommend avoiding this bar if you like the actual bar. This is a mushy and very thin later versus the image. This was by far the worse Dubai bar I have ever had. And to charge $30 made things worse. What is inside this bar is very soft and way too much chocolate to filler ratio. The picture does not show how thin the filling is
Came in yesterday. The Ice cream was very good. Only issue was the customer service. You could tell the young brown haired lady was not interested in helping customers nor acting friendly🙄
