On my recent trip to Denver, I purchased 1LB of Dark Chocolate Covered Almonds on my way home, as a gift to my husband. They are the worst we've ever had, it's like they swept up pieces of Almonds off the floor and covered them in Chocolate. If you are going to charge such high prices at least use Whole Almonds. Sees Candies are 100% Better than Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. Sadly, this will be the last time I ever purchase your chocolates.

The worst customer service I have ever had. Emma checked me out and was extremely rude. First of all she had an earphone in and was on the phone with her friend the entire time and when i went to check out, then she had a huge attitude when i almost pressed the wrong button on the keypad. She was extremely sassy when i said sorry and then acted as if she was going to take the chocolate away from me and not sell me it after i made the mistake. As i was leaving i heard her say something rude about me to her friend on the phone... read more

Save your money the caramel apples here are awful. There is no real layer of caramel beneath the toppings, the toppings taste expired and you can't taste the chocolate in the chocolate drizzle so I'm guessing it's cheap chocolate which is no surprise. Highly disappointing as I picked up 2 different apples that cost $30 dollars and neither were an indulgence. Rocky mountain chocolate factory doesn't give the customer what they pay for seemingly they are taking shortcuts to make money at the customer's expense by showcasing ca... read more

This is dollar store quality chocolate at Aspen prices. We bought 3 (tiny)truffles and chocolate covered cherries. All of them taste old and bland. The cream in the truffle was rubber. It was $13 for all and a complete waste of money. I grew up here and this company used to be the best quality, its sad to see what they've become.

$9 for a peanut butter cup? Is peanut butter made of bitcoin? Seriously, when a product has 99% margin, it becomes hard not to think this is a customer gouging opportunity. You have to be very convincing that your chocolate is handmade by monks in Mars
