They stoped selling chocolate covered Macadamias and the Turtle version. Would always stop when ever I was on concourse B no reason to stop anymore.
I was helped by the kindest, most polite, young man who spent quite a bit of time creating a custom box of chocolates for my mother in law. (I was completely thrown for a loop when the box that I have always bought for her on trips was no longer on the shelf.) He stepped right up and used his choco expertise to make a box like, or better, than the one they used to sell. Name on receipt is Brenden. Ask for him by name!!
Couldn’t ask for more friendly people! Brenden was a lot of fun! A surprising variety of treats for a smaller store.
On my recent trip to Denver, I purchased 1LB of Dark Chocolate Covered Almonds on my way home, as a gift to my husband. They are the worst we've ever had, it's like they swept up pieces of Almonds off the floor and covered them in Chocolate. If you are going to charge such high prices at least use Whole Almonds. Sees Candies are 100% Better than Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. Sadly, this will be the last time I ever purchase your chocolates.
The worst customer service I have ever had. Emma checked me out and was extremely rude. First of all she had an earphone in and was on the phone with her friend the entire time and when i went to check out, then she had a huge attitude when i almost pressed the wrong button on the keypad. She was extremely sassy when i said sorry and then acted as if she was going to take the chocolate away from me and not sell me it after i made the mistake.
