This review is not based on customer service or facilities but purely on product. I got their milk chocolate peanut butter cups ($12 normally, I got them for 1/2 off) and they were the without a doubt the worst Peanut butter cup I’ve ever had. The chocolate quality reminded me of cheap melting chocolate and the chocolate to peanut butter ratio is horrible with there being way too much chocolate.
